Nursing Bridging Programme at RCSI Medical University of Bahrain
This BSc Bridging programme is designed to facilitate registered nurses who have studied to Diploma level to upgrade their qualification to a degree. The programme is designed to facilitate nurses who have studied the three year and the two year Diploma programme. Applicants who have completed a two year Diploma programme or applicants who have not engaged in recent studies will be required to undertake an Access programme to the BSc Bridging programme. The BSc and Access to BSc programmes are suitable for registered nurses from all clinical backgrounds including general hospital, psychiatric, geriatric and community nursing. The BSc education modules provide an opportunity for nurses to undertake education to enhance both personal and professional development and performance. The BSc Bridging Nursing programme will be delivered part-time over 3 semesters 1.5 years for 3 year Diploma applicants and the Access and Bridging Nursing programme over 4 semesters 2 years for 2 year Diploma applicants.
