Graduate Nursing Education Certificate at Breyer State University Virtual University

This graduate certificate program in Nursing Education provides students with four core courses of graduate level learning in the specialty practice of Nursing Education in Nursing field. The graduate certificate program is designed to prepare professionals in the specialty of Nursing Education who may not be interested in completing an entire degree program. Upon successful completion of this graduate level program, one graduates with a Graduate College Certificate in Nursing Education.

Transfer of Credits

Graduates of this certificate program will qualify to enter, if they so desire, the Masters in Nursing Degree program, and have all of the above courses transferred in to the masters curriculum. Graduates of the certificate program may chose to enter the master’s degree curriculum at anytime following their graduation with the graduate certificate.

Prerequisites

An earned undergraduate degree in nursing, human services, social services, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy or closely related field of study is a prerequisite for acceptance into this program.

Nursing Tuition and Fees at St Mary College Kansas

University of Saint Mary is a private institution. The tuition a student pays covers approximately forty-five percent of the cost of a Saint Mary education. Private gifts meet the difference between the full cost and the actual tuition charges. Initial Charges and Payment Schedule
An initial application fee of $25 is required for all new applicants for admission. This payment is not refundable. An advance non-refundable tuition deposit of $200 is required of all students offered admission. The non-refundable deposit is credited to the first semester’s tuition; resident students also pay a $100 room reservation deposit that is credited to the student’s account first semester.

All returning students are required to make a non-refundable $100 advance payment to reserve a room, credited to the first semester’s tuition.

All charges assessed by Saint Mary (tuition, room, and board) are due and payable at registration and before admittance to class.

Payment plans are available for each semester.

When students are accepted for admission to the university, it is understood that the student, parents, or guardians accept the conditions of payment and the regulations of the university. All accounts must be satisfactorily settled before grades, transcripts, or degrees are issued. A student with a delinquent account may not be allowed to enroll for the following semester until the amount due is paid.

Physical Therapy Program
$25,175 per year, for those entering in fall 2008 (Class of 2011), for a total of $75,525 for the three-year program. This sum includes all PT courses, lab fees, and summer courses.
Consortium Tuition

Payment for consortium credits is due at the time of registration. Marymount consortium students pay the Marymount tuition rate to the Marymount Student Accounts Office. Credits taken through the consortium are counted toward full-time/part-time status at Marymount for the purposes of financial aid. All applicable fees are to be paid by the student to the visited institution.
Refunds and credits to accounts for consortium courses follow the Marymount refund schedule.
