BS Requirements in Nursing at University Of Maine Augusta
Applicants for admission to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program must have an associate of science degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution. Applicants must also have an RN license.
Graduation Requirements
To be eligible for graduation, the student must have successfully completed all requirements, have a minimum of 120 credit hours and a grade point average of at least a 2.0.

General Education Requirements
English: 3 credit hours of ENG 102W, 111W, or 317W
Fine Arts: 3 credit hours of ARH 105, 106; ART 211; DRA 101, 265, 280; INT 129; MUS 123, 160, 180, 333, or 334
Humanities: 3 credit hours of ARH 105, 106; ART 211; DRA 101, 265, 280; any ENG literature beyond 102W; any HTY; any HUM; INT 129; MUS 123, 160, 180, 333, 334; any PHI; POS 390; or WST 101W
Mathematics: 3 credit hours of MAT 115
Natural Science: 6 credit hours of BIO 104, and 345
Program Major Requirements
Nursing: 33 credit hours of NUR 301, 302, 304, 352, 354, 410, 415, 420, any two 300 or 400-level NUR electives
